October Morning on the Lake

I am so happy that I decided to get up early on Saturday morning. If I had given in to the urge to stay snuggled in my bed, all warm and cozy I would have missed this!!! Instead, I put on my sweatshirt and big socks, grabbed my trusty camera and spent a few minutes on my porch, snapping pictures of yet another glorious dawn on my sweet little lake in the woods by a medium-sized city that I love!

As the new October day unfolded, rolling in with the mist, changing color and light, my heart was filled with gratitude for the sheer beauty of it all.
